    Responsibilities

    Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing solutions, and offering personalized insurance options.

    Policy Management: Review, update, and adjust insurance policies based on client needs and preferences.

    Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Client Retention: Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and trust in the company.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and service requests for future reference.

    Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.


    Requirements

    Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

    Customer-Centric: A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.

    Professionalism: Represent the Allstate brand with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

    Reliability: Consistent attendance and reliability to meet the needs of our clients and team.

    Local Candidates: Must be located in or near Westerville, Ohio for in-person client interactions.
