For our subsidiary avitea Industrieservice GmbH, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Security for a permanent position in the Lippstadt area


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Operational responsibility for the execution of our security services for a defined major customer with multiple locations, primarily in NRW
  • Planning, organizing and conducting training and instruction for employees in the security sector
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of local managers and security personnel
  • Planning and procurement of personnel resources in cooperation with the HR department
  • Close collaboration with project management, the customer and employee representation
  • Analysis and optimization of processes in the area of responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Support for project management in the implementation of new projects and initiatives
  • Regular reporting to senior management on the performance and development of the security service
  • Participation in industry events and networking to stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the security sector.
