    Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW
    Hiring for a key position at our medical center focusing on managing contracts with health insurers. Check out the responsibilities and qualifications below to see if this role is a fit for you!

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assist in developing, maintaining, and administering contracts with health insurers.
    • Conduct financial analysis, operational evaluation, and address compliance issues on payer agreements for executive review.
    • Recommend actions for optimal member utilization and financial criteria.
    • Work with the contracting team to negotiate agreements and maintain contract modules.
    • Act as a liaison with payers to enhance the medical center's services and provider relations.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Health Care Administration, or relevant experience.
    • Master's degree in related field is a plus.
    • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, contracting, and financial analysis.
    • Familiarity with regulatory billing, collection policies, and computer-assisted analytical tools.

    EXPERIENCE:
    • Two (2) years of experience in contracting or business operations in healthcare.
    • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
