    Digital Marketing Specialist

    What you'll do (and why you'll love doing it)

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you play a pivotal role in our unified , cutting edge Lead Generation team .

    You'll identify and create initiatives to generate leads , increase retention and add value to current product offerings which means you will feel the impact of your work daily.

    You will rapidly grow your digital marketing skill set through essential duties such as:


    Innovative Campaign Development:
    C reate digital marketing campaigns using social media, search engines, HubSpot, content creation tools and online advertising practices

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with various teams to develop and implement marketing prototypes, ensuring effective communication of the vision and managing deadlines


    Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, making strategic data-driven adjustments to grow effectiveness


    Sales Support:
    Collaborate with sales management and development teams to create training materials and tools that optimize the productivity of our preneed agents nationwide

    Skills you may have to make you a success

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred
    Two or more years of professional level experience in a similar role OR extraordinary academic performance with highly relevant professional experience
    Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools including HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads , Canva, Adobe Suite or similar
