    Description


    The Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.

    They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue, set our company apart and push our vision forward, partnering with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business.



    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee assigned accounts in cooperation and coordination with Paloma Service Managers & Operations Team
    • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and a positive customer experience
    • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
    • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
    • Monitor sales progress to ensure that goals are being met
    • Monitor the market to ensure a clear understanding of what our customers/potential customers need as well as what our competitors are doing and where they're at
    • Track all business-related invoices
    • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
    • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
    • Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients
    • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update the sales team
    • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
    • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
    • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products and services
    • Other duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION


    • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in managing sales and/or marketing teams required
    • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in customer service, sales, or marketing related field required
    • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
    • Proven record of sales growth required
    • Sharp negotiation and networking skills required
    • Exceptional project management skills required
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills required
    • Good leadership, coordination, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills required
    • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and between departments required
    • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential required
    • Knowledge and understanding of pressure control equipment required
    • Adequate computer skills required
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance preferred but not required
