    Project Manager Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the project management team. This Position will work for multiple Project Managers and requires the ability to multi-task. This candidate must exercise initiative and discretion in setting priorities to carry out all assignments. This candidate must have commercial construction experience.

    Skills Required:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Experience with construction submittal processes
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Excellent time-management and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
    • Experience with AIA contracts and software
    • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of submittals and POs
    • Knowledge of general construction industry
    • Ability to work in stressful situations
    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and support all areas of the project from start up to close out
    • Create, track and manage flow and distribution of submittals
    • Prepare the project close-out documentations
    • Preparation of owner change orders and other related documents directed by the project manager
    • Preparation of subcontractor documents, purchase orders and change orders
    • Preparation and distribution of RFI's to architects, owners, subs and superintendents
    • Entering information in database for projects
    • Maintain job file records
    • Field Phone calls
    • Any other tasks that are assigned
