    We're seeking a

    Senior Process Engineer

    to join a dynamic team in Santa Monica, CA. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing clinical manufacturing processes for engineered T cells with patient-specific TCRs.

    Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and documenting process development studies, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, and providing support for manufacturing and technology transfer.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Designing, executing, analyzing, and documenting early and late-stage process development studies.
    Cultivating T cells in various formats, including flasks, bags, and bioreactors.
    Acting as a project/program manager with autonomy and discretion.


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.

    Minimum of six (6) years with a Bachelor's, four (4) years with a Master's, or one (1) year with a PhD of relevant industry experience.

    Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and regulations, with practical experience in GMP.
    Hands-on experience in cell and gene therapy, particularly with T cells, is highly desirable.
    Experience in technical development of cell and gene therapy or biologics across early and late-stage development phases.
