- Responsible for monitoring for the completion of unscheduled armored services previously dispatched. This includes follow up with the armored provider on services not completed.
- Determine which ATMs are out of cash and dispatch armored services as needed.
- Using various methods, retrieve Electronic Journal information for armored and cash providers. This could include connecting directly to ATMs through a secure portal to retrieve the data.
- Communicate with the Support Center to coordinate repairs or meets for ATMs not loaded with cash due to a mechanical or lock failure.
- Process Device Manager tickets in accordance to the guidelines for tracking armored ticket data by fault type.
- Provide non-technical support to armored technicians who call into the armored phone line from the field.
- Answering phone calls from Armored techs and assisting with the service they are providing

- Three or more years or armored or banking experience preferred or knowledge of ATM Services
- Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner
- Previous armored service, banking or ATM industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the Windows XP operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
