- Create/program/update dashboards for all teams:
- Example could include actual versus planned route time, cash processing
- KPIs and leadership reports
- Maintain data quality
- Build reports that notify teams of issues (e.g., teams that changed routes) to drive improvements in operations
- Leverage systems, relationships, and process design to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency
- Maintain positive Employee Relations and work environment, while creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement
- Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity and standards both on an internal and external basis; maintain high ethical standards and protect the Brink's reputation by delivering high quality, reliable programs and services which meet customer expectations
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis and preparation
- Intermediate to high level of technical skills in PowerBi, Excel and Tableau
- Understanding of project KPIs (e.g., Targets vs Actuals, Baseline vs Forecast)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis and preparation
- Knowledge in supply chain analytics
- Master's Degree or equivalent level of experience
- Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and helping to maintain data quality for the Brink's network. This role will report to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence - it is based in Coppell, TX.
