    The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and helping to maintain data quality for the Brink's network.

    This role will report to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence - it is based in Coppell, TX.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Create/program/update dashboards for all teams:
    Example could include actual versus planned route time, cash processingKPIs and leadership reportsMaintain data qualityBuild reports that notify teams of issues (e.g.

    , teams that changed routes) to drive improvements in operationsLeverage systems, relationships, and process design to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiencyMaintain positive Employee Relations and work environment, while creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity and standards both on an internal and external basis; maintain high ethical standards and protect the Brink's reputation by delivering high quality, reliable programs and services which meet customer expectationsMinimum Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis and preparationIntermediate to high level of technical skills in PowerBi, Excel and TableauUnderstanding of project KPIs (e.g., Targets vs Actuals, Baseline vs Forecast)

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experiencePreferred Qualifications:5+ years' experience in data analysis and preparationKnowledge in supply chain analyticsMaster's Degree or equivalent level of experience
