    Job Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions' (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a client near Bloomington looking for a Plant Accounting Manager. This role will be a part of an established team and will focus on a variation of GL accounting, cost, FP&A, and more for the plant. Plant accounting experience will be key for the role. This role entails great responsibility but for a smaller plant.

    Responsibilities:

    · Month/Year End

    · Financial Reporting

    · Reconciliations

    · Journal Entries

    · GL Maintenance

    · Inventory Cycle Counts

    · Cost Accounting

    · Variance Analysis

    · Ad Hoc Cost Projects

    · Ensure GAAP Compliance

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelors in Accounting

    · 5+ years' progressive accounting experience required

    · Experience in plant/manufacturing environment required

    · CPA/CMA preferred

    · Large public accounting firm foundation in audit preferred
