- Analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize the use of resources while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning to ensure the company meets its financial goals.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), as well as overseeing tax planning and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is mandatory
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Finance leadership role within the manufacturing industry
- Cost accounting experience required
