    Position Title: (Temporary) Racquet Sports Coordinator

    Position Reports to: Racquets Manager

    Employee Categories: Full Time Seasonal

    FLSA Category: Non Exempt; Hourly Position

    This position is temporary and will be available until around August 1, 2024.

    The Racquet Sports Coordinator works closely with the Racquet Sports Manager to handle all daily tasks in the Racquet Sports department with utmost professionalism.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage Racquet Shop phone calls and email inquiries, including membership confirmation calls.
    • Update court and lesson reservations.
    • Handle Racquet shop sales, maintain shop cleanliness, and assist with inventory management.
    • Ensure accurate daily balance of Racquet Shop sales and lesson receipts.
    • Maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of the Racquet facilities.

    Required Skills:

    • Familiarity with a country club environment and understanding of membership requirements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
    • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
