Position Introduction:

10Beauty is seeking a Quality Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our organization.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of change control processes, creating tests to validate our products, as well as a proven track record of implementing and maintaining robust quality processes.

What you'll do:
Drive continuous improvement in change control processes to ensure that changes to products, processes, and/or systems are documented, reviewed, and approved in accordance with established procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Create, validate, and implement new testing procedures for our products

Manage the Design Verification Plan (DVP) with overseas suppliers to ensure testing is being carried out in accordance with established procedures and requirements

Oversee performance testing to regularly evaluate our products against internal Salon Quality Manicure standards

Drive continuous improvement in inspections and work instructions, ensuring that the product is being built to the highest standards

Travel to supplier locations to support builds or testing needs

Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and verify effectiveness of actions

Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce nonconformities

What you have :

3-5 years of experience of related Quality Engineering experience with consumer products, throughout the product life cycle from concept to EOL

Proven experience in effectively performing testing processes, change control initiatives, and CAPA programs

Familiarity with risk management methodologies and their integration into quality processes

Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required ( Proven track record of successful supplier collaboration
