We are looking to add new talent to our growing team We are currently seeking a temp on-call
Talent Acquisition Manager who will demonstrate strong overall office administration abilities and perform office support activities with initiative, professionalism, and leadership.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises the recruitment and placement of staff in support of GM and CGL needs
- Assists Business Units and Corporate Groups with identifying critical positions and technical gaps in current staff mix
- Provides active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet company standards and maintains strong working relationships with employment agencies
- Maintains the Human Resources section of the H&A website
- Assists in the development of recruiting plans employing traditional and creative recruiting ideas
- Coordinates college recruiting and internship initiatives with GMs
- Posts openings in appropriate venues
- Assists Business Units and Corporate Groups with maintaining appropriate metrics including cost/hire and quality per hire to measure cost and effectiveness of recruiting efforts
- Attends and/or coordinates H&A presence at approved recruiting events
- Assists marketing with the development and maintenance of an employment brand
- Advises Human Resources leadership on issues related to his/her area of specialty
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Ensures compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and applicable affirmative action guidelines and laws
- Ensures Employment Brand is consistent with and effectively supports/leverages corporate brand
- Accountable to internal clients regarding recruiting practices
- Maintains and updates recruiting process as directed
- Leads an inhouse presentation on an annual basis regarding hiring practices
- Maintains professional certification with SHRM and/or HCI
- Maintains membership in at least one professional society to network and build relationships
- Publishes one paper and/or presents on one panel per year
