Your tasks:

  • Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair activities according to DIN31051 with a focus on plumbing and ventilation technology
  • Maintenance services in adjacent technical trades, e.g. maintenance of fire dampers, sprinkler systems, etc., as well as support for other trades in technical building management
  • Installation of objects in sanitary rooms and tea kitchens, etc.
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting in case of malfunctions and derivation of suitable repair services in the plumbing trade
