We are currently looking for a full-time Production Manager (m/f/d) for our manufacturing facility in Powersville, MO.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring a smooth production process in our manufacturing facility and meeting production schedules, while closely coordinating with management, supply chain management, and warehouse management
  • Procuring raw materials and supplies
  • Coordinating, aligning, and monitoring all activities in the production area in terms of quality, deadlines, and meeting agreedupon goals
  • Developing and implementing measures to optimize processes, productivity, and cost efficiency in production
  • Participating in daytoday operations
  • Providing technical leadership and motivation to a small production team (approximately 10 employees)
  • Establishing a small machine park for partial automation of production

Your profile:


  • You have completed a degree or relevant training in manufacturing technology, food technology, or a similar field
  • Ideally, you have experience in a leadership position in the food industry or a related field
  • You have excellent communication skills and can easily adapt to different conversation partners
  • You are pragmatic and resultsoriented, and can transfer your positive energy to
