    Job Description:

    Are you a skilled Diesel Mechanic looking to join a dynamic and reputable organization in the transportation industry? Brown NationaLease in Dubuque, IA is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our fleet of trucks to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dedicated to their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on diesel trucks
    • Perform routine maintenance on engines, transmissions, and other vehicle components
    • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate repairs
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
    • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
    • Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
