    Description

    Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures world-class customer service and sales support. Responsibilities include shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

    $16 per hour

    Qualifications:

    • Strong oral and written communication skills, ownership, accountability, and initiative.
    • Applicant must possess all necessary auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities.
    • Essential functions include sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
    • Knowledge of equipment operation like computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required.
