Floral Customer Service Rep

Reports to:
Wendy Morton (Floral Manager)


Hours: 2-3 days a week from 8AM to 5PM (extra hours during holiday weeks required.)


Responsibilities:


  • Answer all florist phone calls.
  • Process all incoming orders in a timely manner for that day.
  • Confirm all deliveries daily.
  • Work longer hours during holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving)
  • Reconcile floral statements.
  • Process outgoing invoices/statements at the beginning of every month.
  • File all paperwork.
