- Optimize current manufacturing processes
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes
- Co-engineer new products with customers and directly support new sales activities
- Identify, specify, and manage installation of new manufacturing equipment
- Implement continuous improvement projects
- Support estimating of new potential production opportunities to facilitate a growing product portfolio
- Analyze and maintain production data to optimize manufacturing processes
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, similar (B.S. or extensive work experience)
- 3 years' engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- CAD experience (Solidworks preferred)
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical ability
- Creative problem solver
- Excellent communication skills

The process engineer will help support the implementation of world-class manufacturing techniques and develop processes to make new products. Based in Ontario California, the engineer will work with a multidisciplinary team to support, develop and improve onsite production operations.
