Join our team in Riverside and make it happen

As a Process Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate with the team to design new processes and manufacturing facilities
  • Create request documents (requirement lists, specifications, concepts, layouts)
  • Be responsible for comparing offers and participating in decision-making and selection processes
  • Manage project work for the supervision of machines and equipment (kick-off, design review, scheduling of contributions)
  • Conduct status visits to suppliers (in Germany and Europe)
  • Plan and evaluate validations for equipment and process approval
  • Oversee the acceptance and approval of equipment
  • Assist in the ramp-up of production (SLC phase)
  • Participate in the implementation of changes in ongoing projects

Be our forward thinker:

As a successful candidate, you:

  • Hold a degree in engineering or a Bachelor/Master of Engineering in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Have experience in process development/industrialization or procurement of special machinery
  • Have experience as an auditor (process audits, VDA 6.3, AIAG CQI, preferred)
