- Conduct daily briefings to discuss project objectives, address challenges, and ensure team alignment.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and schedules to determine requirements for staffing, materials, and equipment.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to guarantee project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities, including progress reports, safety records, and compliance documents.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate large crews.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, standards, and quality control measures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A stable and consistent professional background.
- Local to Phoenix, AZ, or willing to relocate.
