Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
As the General Superintendent-Multifamily you will lead and manage multiple on-site construction activities for affordable housing and multifamily projects.
Oversee the work of Site Superintendent and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain daily logs and documentation of project progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel.
Collaborate with the superintendent and project team to resolve any challenges or obstacles.

The Successful ApplicantQualifications:

As a General Superintendent-Multifamily you will have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with a focus on affordable housing and multifamily projects.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish.
Strong management experience, specifically with Superintendents across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
OSHA 30-Hour certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
