    Job Title: General Mechanical Superintendent

    Location: Phoenix, AZ

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    Our team in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a seasoned General Mechanical Superintendent with a broad background in overseeing mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. With at least 12 years of progressive experience in the mechanical field, transitioning from skilled tradesman to leadership roles, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding our projects to meet our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position demands a leader capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all mechanical installations are executed flawlessly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive leadership for all mechanical construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
    • Foster a culture of excellence among on-site teams, promoting high-performance standards and efficient project execution.
    • Uphold stringent quality control and safety protocols across every project, aligning with both company and industry regulations.
    • Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure seamless operations and effective resource allocation.
    • Oversee the strategic deployment of project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet or exceed project goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Over 12 years of experience in mechanical construction, with a demonstrated career progression from hands-on roles to superintendent or similar leadership positions.
    • Deep understanding of construction and safety regulations specific to Phoenix, AZ.
    • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate skilled teams.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex project challenges.
    • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all projects.

    Preferred:

    • A relevant degree or advanced certifications in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
    • Experience with cutting-edge construction technologies and methodologies in the mechanical sector.
