Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families? If so, you are the perfect fit for our team at GPBG. We are dedicated to using evidence-based behavior analytic interventions to help individuals achieve their goals with the support of their families.

Job Overview:

Supervise client caseload of multiple clients
Design top quality individualized treatment programs based on client assessments
Maintain accurate client notes, data, and reports for tracking and auditing
Provide supervision for candidates in approved programs
Train staff and family members on behavior support plan implementation
Evaluate and optimize behavioral intervention plans
Conduct mentor meetings and performance evaluations
Maintain positive culture amongst therapists, clients, and families
Ensure center operations adhere to policies and procedures
Address structural or facility issues promptly

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification required
