    Job DescriptionSalary: $45/hour

    Are you a dedicated Clinical Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families? Myland Homecare is seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team and provide exceptional Behavioral Support Aide Services.

    As a BCBA at Myland Homecare, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to identify the functions of target behaviors, monitor member behavior, assist with crisis intervention, provide social skills training, and teach appropriate functionally equivalent replacement behavior. You'll play a vital role in improving behaviors and reducing or replacing challenging behaviors that interfere with daily living, social interactions, and community integration.

    Qualifications:

    • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Experience in conducting comprehensive functional behavioral assessments
    • Competency in developing and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
    • Dedication to providing the highest quality of care
