At Blossom ABA, we are seeking compassionate and qualified BCBA's who are dedicated to offering the highest quality of care to children with Autism.     To excel in assisting children to reach their full potential, therapists need a rewarding environment. That's why we are looking for full-time and part-time BCBA's in the Atlanta Metro area and its surroundings.


    Responsibilities and Duties as a BCBA:
    - Ensure program effectiveness
    - Conduct comprehensive initial assessments
    - Manage and coordinate staff efforts to meet client objectives
    - Offer case-specific training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
    - Implement program curricula
    - Monitor and record client progress data
    - Maintain daily data records and report client status



    Qualifications:
    - Master's degree in psychology, special education, or relevant fields
    - Current BCBA certification
    - Access to reliable transportation
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    - Ability to collaborate effectively within a treatment team


    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
