    Description

    The Basics of this Opportunity:
    - **Earning Potential:** Your first-year total earning potential is $97,000, including bonuses.
    - **Compensation:** The salary ranges from $78,000 to $97,000 per year, based on factors such as experience, skills, and role proficiency.
    - **Bonus:** In addition to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, there are monthly/quarterly bonus opportunities totaling $35,000+ in the first three years.
    - **Education and Mentorship:** Ongoing CEUs provided, annual conferences, and opportunities for sponsored research initiatives.
    - **Work Schedule:** Full-time position with flexible hours.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Location(s): Hybrid
    - **Client Care Expectation:** 50% of supervision hours require in-person support.

    Job Duties:
    - Conduct behavior assessments and run ABA programs
    - Develop and adjust programs as needed
    - Provide supervision and support to staff
    - Write evaluations and progress reports

    Requirements:
    - Master's degree in relevant field
    - Active BCBA and LBA certifications
    - 3+ years of ABA experience
    - Background check and other screenings required
