    Responsibilities

    Join Laurel Heights Hospital as a **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** in a **Full-Time** position with a fantastic team dedicated to providing top-notch treatment based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

    Primary Job Duties:
    • Conduct intake evaluations like functional behavioral and skills assessments
    • Apply ABA principles effectively and guide other staff members
    • Engage in multi-disciplinary treatment meetings
    • Develop behavior intervention and treatment plans, provide training to RBTs, and ensure plan fidelity
      • Conduct RBT competency assessments and support their professional growth
      • Ensure RBT supervision meets BACB requirements
    • Foster positive relationships with families throughout treatment
    • Train parents, caregivers, and technicians on ABA principles
    • Track progress through data graphs and adjust strategies as needed
    Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required
    • BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
    • Must hold a valid Georgia Driver's License. EOE
