Responsibilities:

Adhering to safety regulations
Reporting any identified deviations
Setting up machines according to plan (tools and peripherals)
Monitoring production according to specifications (cycle, material usage, quality)
Resolving malfunctions
Conducting inspections according to test plan and entering results into the CAQ system
Supplying machines with prepared raw materials
Correcting quality deviations
Handling defective products
Properly labeling products
Arranging for tool maintenance and repairs
Reporting any damages to machines and peripherals
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production hall
Providing technical guidance, instructions, and supervision to machine operators
Transporting finished parts to designated storage areas
Documenting processes

Qualifications:

Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
Class B driver's license
Professional experience in the field of injection molding
Experience in the automotive industry
