The ARGE Kath.

KiTas in the Dekanat Kronach is a collaboration of 17 Catholic church foundations with 19 Catholic childcare facilities in the Dekanat Kronach, for which personnel management has been delegated.

In total, our 19 Catholic childcare centers care for approximately 1200 children with the help of around 180 pedagogical employees.


For our Catholic integrative childcare center Kreuzberg Kronach (Innerer Ring 90, 96317 Kronach), we are currently seeking a substitute for an indefinite period with a workload of hours per week.

Childcare Assistant (m/f/d)


Your main tasks:


  • Pedagogical care and supervision of children, particularly promoting individual cognitive, motor, and language development, as well as social skills
  • Preparation and implementation of ageappropriate pedagogical activities
  • Participation in team meetings and planning
  • Support of the pedagogical specialist in the respective group

We expect:


  • Completed training as a statecertified childcare assistant or equivalent qualification according to recognition by the Bavarian State Youth Office
  • Loving and respectful interaction with children
