- B.S. in Chemistry or related discipline
- Industry or undergraduate experience with chemical sample preparation
- GC, HPLC, wet chemistry, analytical instrumentation
- Gain experience running analytical instrumentation

- Routine analysis and evaluation of raw materials and products at all stages of the development process under stringent quality and time requirements with GC, HPLC, GCMS, or NMR.
- Preparation of chemical solutions.
- Routine maintenance of analytical equipment; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Upkeep of glassware, lab area, and equipment. Organization and storage of chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
- Working in collaboration with the Analytical and Product Chemistry Team to develop, validate, and standardize analytical methods for detection and quantification of small molecules found in chemical process samples, active ingredients, and formulated products.
- Assistance in the preparation of research reports and Standard Operating Procedures for internal and external use.
- Anticipation of additional resources, consumables, and equipment requirements as needed to ensure that work can be completed within the expected timeline.
- Maintenance of a safe and orderly laboratory and compliance with all safety policies and practices.
