    Are you an organized, driven administrative professional looking for growth opportunity helping our construction team with exciting projects? We want to hear from you HTI, a subsidiary of GBI, is looking for a Division Coordinator to help with staffing, payroll, and project assistant related tasks. We deal in many skilled trades and need a strong coordinator to be the liaison between our field office in Denver, HQ in Kaysville, UT and traveling field crews. We will train

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Strives for success with Driven, Building Excellence Together in role of Division Coordinator. Liaison with home office and division to ensure HR, Accounting, and Projects run smoothly.

    Reports to: Division Manager/ CEO

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    · Direct or prepare weekly timecards and time reports to ensure accuracy. Prepare controls and merge with other data required for preparation of payrolls.

    · Prepare control documents for use in reconciling one or more of the following: payroll, payables, and receivables transactions.

    · Direct all personnel administration activities on project including recruiting, new hire sign-up, employee orientation, policy, and procedure interpretation, and terminations.

    · Provide support for other departments on assigned projects to assist in their administrative needs.

    · Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items (i.e., expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, operating budgets, etc.) per supervisor's authorization.

    · Assist project manager in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, and arranging for assignment for project personnel.

    · May advise project manager of potential problems, work interference's, schedule difficulties. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.

    · Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · 2-year business or technical degree, or related experience.

    · Minimum of 2 to 4 years general business/administrative experience or equivalent combinations training and related experience.

    · Proficient communication interpersonal/organizational skills.

    · Minimal travel may be required.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Experience with project management software, Viewpoint highly desired.
