L1 Enterprises is currently seeking an Account Associate to work onsite at our HQ in downtown Frederick, Maryland. A hybrid telework schedule will be implemented after proper on-site training is completed. This position is structured with the ability and training for advancement into an Account Manager role.

Responsibilities:_

  • Works under L1 Executive Leadership and Division Manager guidance, supporting vendor partners and adhering to processes within the full cycle of government procurement.
  • Generates, submits, and tracks various capital and leasing quotes with pristine attention to detail.
  • Participates in both customer and vendor calls for support, customer service, and purchasing needs.
  • Processes purchase orders, tracks multishipment processes & discrepancies, submits invoices, and tracks payment utilizing specific systems and designated processes.
  • Oversees specific L1 designated portals and systems for contacts and deal tracking; coordinates with L1 team and inputs data & tracking information.
  • Generate and disseminate multiple reports and statements in monthly and quarterly cadences.
  • Perform special projects, reporting tasks, and other duties as assigned by L1 Leadership.

Qualifications:_

  • Must be computer savvy with demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have experience either working in the government procurement marketplace, OR have transferable skillsets working with complex accounts that include accounts receivables & payables and/or quoting and "inside sales" processes.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must demonstrate professional and courteous customer service skills, and work as a part of a team.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy (attention to detail) with the capability to prioritize.
  • Strong sense of urgency for completing tasks ontime, with the ability to problemsolve complex issues/challenges.
  • Must bring a positive attitude with the ability to change directions as business needs dictate.
