PCHI operates across multiple businesses within its Retail Division and Consumer Products Division. On the retail side, Party City ) is the leading omnichannel retailer in the celebrations category, operating more than 800 company-owned and franchise stores, as well as Halloween City ) seasonal pop-up stores. The Consumer Products Division includes design and manufacturing entities Amscan, an industry leader in celebration décor, tableware, costumes, and accessories.

PCHI is headquartered in Woodcliff Lake, N.J. with additional locations throughout the Americas and Asia.

Job Overview:

As a member of the Treasury team, the Senior Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis and reporting of PCHI's liquidity and cashflow. In this capacity, the Senior Treasury Analyst will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to ensure proper allocation of cash, compliance with debt instruments, and preparation of corresponding financial forecasts to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Acts as a trusted business partner by creating value and contribution through a blend of strategic and data-driven analytical support.

· Monitor daily cash position, disbursements, bank accounts and funds movement.

· Build and maintain detailed companywide weekly cash flow forecasts, including reporting and analysis of total company cash inflows and outflows.

· Update weekly cash flow model with current cash inflows and outflows reporting out variance to upper management.

· Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.

· Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

· Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.

· Support in preparing total company capital expenditure budgeting and forecasts including reporting monthly variances.

· Partner closely with various departments on capital expenditure variance analysis.

· Demonstrates excellent presentation/story telling skills and the ability to prepare ELT/BOD materials.

· Shows confidence and ability to deliver unpopular news when fact-based analysis justifies such messaging.

· Uses strong technical and financial skills with ability to source data from multiple platforms.

· Analyzes current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement.

· Actively participates in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations.

· Supports Senior leaders with ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Skills Required:

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Oracle experience preferred.

· Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelines.

· Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems/tools and create process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of relevant experience

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA preferred), OR equivalent work experience

· Strong working knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L/Balance Sheet/ Cash Flows)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

· Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
