    Job Overview:

    As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis and reporting of PCHI's liquidity and cashflow. In this capacity, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    · Acts as a trusted business partner by creating value and contribution through a blend of strategic and data-driven analytical support.

    · Builds financial models, financial scenarios and recommends solutions, driving decision making on best use of marketing spend allocation

    · Builds financial models and scenarios to support new market entry, new services expansion and growth projections of new digital products and platforms, driving decision making for prioritization and roadmap planning

    · Partners with Merchandising department on sales/margin (rebates, freight, helium, discounts) analytics

    · Demonstrates excellent presentation/story telling skills and the ability to prepare ELT/BOD materials

    · Shows confidence and ability to deliver unpopular news when fact-based analysis justifies such messaging

    · Uses strong technical and financial skills with ability to source data from multiple platforms

    • Analyzes current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement.
    • Actively participates in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations.
    • Supports Senior leaders with ad hoc reporting and analysis

    Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Oracle experience preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelines.
    • Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems/tools and create process efficiencies.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills and analytical ability

    Qualifications:

    · 4+ years of relevant experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent work experience
    • Strong working knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L/Balance Sheet/ Cash Flows)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
