Responsibilities:


  • Manage largescale construction projects valued at $200 million or greater.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of twenty(20) years of demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $200 million or more.
  • Experience managing projects involving deep surface excavation and/or complex concrete structures.
  • Completion of at least three projects with a construction value of $200 million or greater within the past 10 years.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
