Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineering Project Manager to support the electrical practice area team within the Private Infrastructure organization in Albuquerque, NM.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wide variety of clients, including federal organizations such as DOD and DOE.

This position will primarily focus on managing daily operations of engineering projects and collaborating with staff and team members.

Responsibilities:
Support company's strategic objectives, processes, and tools.
Actively manage projects and provide technical support to staff.
Contribute to the sales goals of the team.
Ensure compliance with goal setting, quality control, and project planning standards.
Collaborate with other offices and practice areas within the Company.
Implement and monitor compliance with firm-wide safety policies.
Maintain transparent communication with appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
Be accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and engage in professional organizations and industry events.

Required Skills:
Working knowledge of civil design codes including NFPA 70, NESC, IEEE books, and applicable National Fire Protection Association codes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Power Point, MS Project or equivalent, SKM Powertools, and T&D targeted software.

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer in NM.
Minimum of ten years of experience in electrical project design.
Experience working on federal government projects and obtaining necessary clearances.
