Overview:

We are currently seeking a Portfolio Analyst to be based in our Santa Clara. Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for daily operations, administration of accounts and client support for our specialized commercial client this team supports clients in the fields of Private Equity, Clean Energy, Technology, Life Sciences, and Cross-Border clients of different industries. Experience and interest in working with a diverse population of clients with varied and complex needs is an important consideration. The Portfolio Analyst will be also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing team workflow and productivity metrics, producing various reports and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. Building a relationship with clients to provide a seamless and superior customer service experience is important.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and requests for information through phone and e-mail. Be the point of contact for clients to address questions and diagnose clients service needs.
Assist with new account opening, collect, and verifies documentation in compliance with industry regulations, bank procedures and controls. Coordinate with other business units throughout onboarding process.
Provide account maintenance, including daily operational tasks and transactions, service request and execute timely delivery of administrative duties required for maintenance of the portfolio of clients.
Research client accounts using KYC to understand clients transactions and work with BSA/Compliance on approval as needed.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product and services, and coordinate with internal departments to assist clients with problem solving requests as needed.
Provide support for the set up and execution of cash management services with the GTS team and other related Bank products with the client.
Analyze customer support processes, workflows, and systems to identify pain points, bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
Perform Data analysis, develop and maintain dashboards, reporting to track KPI and team member performance related to client support.
Perform other administrative duties required for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or related fields and 3-5 years of experience in relevant finance and customer service experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Familiar with new account opening process and commercial account structures. Excellent client service skills, including good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage high volume inquiries and prioritize independently.
Strong Analytical skills with ability gather, interpret data
Strong time management skill and ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Laws/Regulations is a plus
Strong client service skills and strong sense of urgency

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $38.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
