    Healthcare Leadership Opportunity at Premise Health

    Premise Health is a top direct healthcare provider globally and a leading digital health provider in the United States. With a focus on simplifying complexity and improving access to high-quality care, Premise serves over 11 million lives through various wellness centers across 45 states. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Client Operations for our team in the North East Region.

    About the Role:

    • Oversee and direct the operations management of multiple employer worksites for health and fitness related services.
    • Act as the main client contact, maintaining a strategic focus on client satisfaction and value-added strategies.
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen in managing staffing, ROI, budgets, and more to drive operational outcomes.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level.

    Essential Functions:

    • Serve as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities.
    • Identify processes to enhance the performance of health centers and develop innovative performance standards.
    • Strategically solve complex problems and effectively manage multiple lines of service and clients.
    • Lead client/site meetings and participate in the sales process.
    • Manage up to 15 health centers and a portfolio of $2M - $10M in Gross Annual Revenue.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in managing others in a business environment.
    • Experience working in healthcare management and virtual team environments.
    • Proficiency in medical information management systems and operations functions.
    • Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Demonstrated process or efficiency management skills.
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills required.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
    • Knowledge of clinical standards of practice preferred.
