About the Company

In 1986, dedicated employees of the Haar District Hospital (now Isar-Amper Clinic) founded the association Regenbogen e.
V.

with the central goal of not only providing people with mental illness with an adequate sports and leisure program, but also developing modern concepts for housing and work.

Since then, we have continuously developed and expanded our services to meet the needs of our clients.

In addition to numerous job opportunities for people with mental disabilities (Regenbogen Arbeit), we now also offer around 40 residential options for clients from 16 years of age to old age (Regenbogen Wohnen).

Today, we are a non-profit GmbH. The main shareholder is the Regenbogen Arbeit Wohnen Kultur Foundation. The organization operates facilities for integration assistance and child and youth welfare in Upper Bavaria. The headquarters is located in the east of Munich. We are a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband.


As a non-profit provider, we have been advocating for those who are struggling or even denied the opportunity to live their lives according to their own wishes for over 30 years.

We offer tailored assistance services in a safe home environment.
