As a Special Event Project Manager III, you will oversee and coordinate different events. Serves as the operations specialist for all events under the direction of the Sr. Director of Special Events for KMA. Responsibilities include the planning, coordination, budgeting, implementation and execution of pre and post event responsibilities.We work on projects such as fundraisers, we are tasked with planning and executing events that support our doctors and patients.
Some of your main duties will include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets.
The Project Management of the event operations including event logistics, timelines, action development, collateral development deliveries and scheduling, direction and assignments of staff/volunteers, event production and managing inventories.
Manages and coordinates with clients by garnering quotes, contract management and execution to include budget implementation, scheduling communications and payments.
Collaborates with KMA team to ensure administration of marketing procedures specific to each event and assists with marketing implementation of events and campaigns.
