    THE JOB As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within our various retail locations.

    You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

    THE STARTING PAY RATE$15.00/hr THE DAY TO DAY Greet and interact with guests warmly using our SHOW Service Basics program.

    Aim to create WOW moments by providing exceptional service.
    Help guests with their needs and inquiries.
    Recommend products and services to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
    Keep the store clean and organized.
    Ensure product replenishment from the stockroom to facilitate easy shopping for guests.
    Take ownership of the guest's experience.
    Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management to enhance guest satisfaction.
    Adhere to all retail, POS, and cash handling procedures to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiencesAttention to detail and a positive attitude.
    Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
    Previous retail experience is a plus.
