- Welcome guests to the property with exceptional service, anticipating their needs and resolving any complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
- Manage early and late property arrivals/departures, walk-ins, and all tasks associated with guest room check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Enhance guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations where available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and fulfill special requests
- Ensure accurate charges and credits are posted, collect payments, and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, following property cash handling procedures
- Maintain security, privacy, and confidentiality while issuing keys and providing a relaxing, hassle-free experience for guests
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
- Prior Guest Service or similar role experience
- Possesses strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Professional phone etiquette presence
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
