Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products, services, and company policies
Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their experience with our company
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing customer filesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem
solving and decision
making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
Ability to work in a fast
paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
