- Lead, coach, and train a team of 3-12 employees during shifts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in selling techniques and delivering service for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as menu items.
- Address guest complaints within your authority; escalate to management if necessary and report any unusual events, missing items, or theft.
- Efficiently take orders, serve food and drinks, and garnish them accurately.
- Pack orders according to guests' preferences and include necessary condiments.
- Execute opening and closing duties as per shift assignment.
- Unload warehouse orders, organize stock in designated storage areas, and replenish supplies and machines as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of front and back-of-house areas, including table clearing, counter cleaning, and sweeping, ensuring guest comfort.
- Establish and maintain par levels for daily orders and complete daily order sheets.
- An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
- Prior barista and/or fountain worker experience is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to lead a team with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
