Lead UX DesignerLocation:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
A $100m VC-backed SAAS business based in the Bay Area is seeking a Lead UX Designer to contribute to a workplace optimization platform, providing real-time insights for productivity enhancement, space utilization optimization, and operational streamlining.
The ideal candidate will ensure the platform's accessibility, user-friendliness, and scalability across healthcare, commercial real estate, municipalities, and educational institutions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present comprehensive storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and high fidelity designs to effectively convey design strategies and intricate behaviors.
Advocate for user-centric design approach across the organization, through best industry customer research practices.
Stay informed on industry trends, to present competitive analysis.
Collaborate closely with executives, product managers, and engineering teams to produce successful designs that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of UX/UI design experience
3+ years of UX Framework Ownership
Experience owning design for data dashboards and visualization tools
Proficiency in Figma or other collaborative design software.
