    With only 39 beds, our Skilled Nursing unit is the perfect size to get to know every resident while providing the best care possible.

    Essential ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with residents and families to create opportunities for residents to direct their daily care and living experienceSupports resident's level of independence regarding personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to dressing and grooming, bathing, dental and mouth care, dining and nutrition, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needsMeasures, reports and documents vital signsMust have weekend availabilityReady to join our 5-Star team?
