- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR/HRIS analysis or a similar role.

Location: Duluth, GA
Hours: In Office, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Position Overview:
LHH is seeking a proactive individual to join our client's team as an HR Generalist / HRIS Analyst. This role will be instrumental in managing HRIS systems (Workforce Now ADP), generating insightful reports, and optimizing data processes through advanced functions in Excel. This role will also help with HR Generalist functions including administering benefits, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding. If you possess a keen eye for detail, excel in data analysis, and have a knack for creating efficient spreadsheets, we encourage you to apply.
